We offer custom tool design solutions at both facilities beginning with solid modeling generated on Pro E or Solid Works. We can link up electronically with the customer’s CAD or modeling databases and then convert models to our mold design software. This clearly facilitates a quicker turn-around and cost effective design. Our designers have many years of experience working with design and product engineers who like to make product modifications even as the mold design takes shape. We accommodate these changes into the design. Only after the project has been electronically reviewed, changes incorporated and final approval been received do we begin mold manufacturing. We have a trusted reputation of working with customers to produce the best molds possible within the dictated delivery times, at the quality level specified, and budget allowed.
We can create simple prototype molds for sample trials to assure an acceptable design and that the final parts will be manufactured productively to meet your customer’s specifications and acceptance. The quality and speed with which our molds are manufactured are always dictated by customer requirements. These prototypes can be “quick and dirty” or very complicated and of higher quality depending on the application and customer demand. For example, we have produced and shipped some prototype molds within one week of receiving an order.
After the prototype molds have been run and parts tested in the customer’s facility, we begin to collectively design and produce the final high quality production molds. We also can produce production molds without a prototype, again depending on customer requirements and time commitments. We have the flexibility to work with you to assure you receive what you want, when you want it, at the price you specify!
We can make multiple changes to molds and repair molds, fixtures and core inserts that are damaged in the production process.
